a CLARIFYING SEWER USAGE CHARGE FOR FAHNING DUPLEX
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City failed to
collect the proper charges for a duplex owned by Florence
Fahning and located at W143 S6802 Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the City to collect 50%
of the charges due plus full charge for the current year, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
Common Council approve a total charge for sewer usage of $420.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Public Sewer Cormnittee,
does hereby approve of sewer usage charge for the years.1973-
1981 for the Fahning duplex located at W143 S6802 Tess Corners
Drive, in the amount of $420.00.
