GRANTING PERMISSION FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST ON
LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
(Schubring Bay)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has received a request from the
Sluskego Corvette Club for permission to hold their annual driving
skill contest on Little Muskego Lake (Schubring Bay), and
WHEREAS, Section 20.06 (3) of the city's municipal code requires a
permit when it is anticipated that speeds would be in excess 01
10 m.p.h., and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of a
permit subject to the submittal of the proper application
and further recommends that the $200.00 fee be waived,
'rHERliFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council 01 the CiLy 01
hluskego, does hereby grant a permit to hold a driving skill contest
on Little Muskego Lake (Schubring Buy) to the hluskegu Corvette
Club on January 16, 1982.
IX IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee 01 $200.00 be waived
since only one contestant at a time would be involved and it is
questionable whether or not speeds would be in excess of 10 m.p h.
