GRANTING PERMISSION FOR DRIVING SKILL CONTEST ON
BIG MUSKEG0 LAKE
M'HEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from an
organization known as Badgerland TNT, 4x4 Club, for permission
7, 1982 and February 21, 1982, and
to hold a driving skill contest on Big hluskego Lake on February
WHEREAS, Section 20.06 (3) of the city's municipal code requires
a permit when it is anticipated that speeds would be in excess of
10 m.p.h., and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of a
permit subject to the submittal of the proper application
and further recommends that the $200.00 fee be waived,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of hluskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby grant a permit to hold a driving skill contest on
liig hluskego Lake to the Badgerland TNT, 4x4 Club, on February 7,
1982 and February 21, 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the license fee of $200.00 be waived
since only one contestant at a time would be involved and it is
questionable whether or not speeds would be in excess of 10 m p.h.
