ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR FOHCED

WHEREAS, the Building Inspection Department has received bids
on the installation of sewers to serve the Mahoney property
on Lake Denoon, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received
John Lang - $6,485.00
Lindner Bros. - $6,675.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
Common Council accept the bid of John Lang in the amount of
$6,485.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of John Lang in
S106 W20503 North Shore Drive, to the municipal sewer system.
