ESTABLISHING INTEREST RATE FOR CITY FUNDS USED BY
LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE PROTECTION & REHABILITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that an interest
rate of 12 percent be charged to the Little Muskego Lake Pro-
tection and Rehabilitation District for city funds used by
the district in the development of plans for the dredging
project, and
WHEREAS, agreement by the commissioners to the proposed interest
rate is necessary,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby establish an interest rate of 12 percent for city
funds used by the Little Muskego Lake Protection and Rehab-
ilitation District in preparation for the dredging project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be
sent to the Commissioners of the Little Muskego Lake Protection
and Rehabilitation District for their consideration.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intent of this Council
to pay this expenditure with TIF funds.
