CLARIFYING SEWER USAGE CHARGE FOR NYGREN DUPLEX
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Resolution #153-81,

entitled, Establishing Sewer Charge for Duplex (Chester
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of. the Public Sewer
Committee that the amount of money due the city should be
$240.00 rather than $411.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Sewer Committee,
does hereby rescind the action taken in Resolution #153-81
Mr. Nygren $240.00 for unpaid sewer service charges.
and does hereby direct the City Clerk's Office to charge
