AUTHORIZING THE REBIDDING FOR FORCED HOOKUP
(J. Mahoney Residence)
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of August, 1981, the Common Council
serve the John Mahoney residence located at S106 W20503 North
accepted a bid for the installation of sewer connection to
Shore Drive, and
WHEREAS, the final negotiated price for that sewer connection
exceeded $5,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
project again be advertised for bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Sewer Committee,
does hereby authorize the city clerk to again advertise for
bids the installation of a sewer connection to serve the John
Mahoney residents at S106 W20503 North Shore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Sewer Committee review the bids
and make their recommendation to the Council.
