RESCINDING COUNCIL ACTION AND REJECTING BIDS
FOR.SEWER INSTALLATION
(Mahoney - Lake Denoon A,rea)
WHEREAS, on August 11, 1981, the Common Council acccpted the
low bid of Zidar Plumbing to install sewer connection Instal-
lation for the John Mahoney residence, S106 W20503 North
Shore Drive, and
WHEREAS, the final negotiated price for that sewer connec,tion
exceeded $5,000.00, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary the Council rescind their 11cl.icln
taken in Resolution #131-81 and reject all bids for SuiU
project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewel,
Committee, does hereby rescind its action taken in Ik?sol.ulic~U
#168-81 and reject all bids for the sewer connection insttti-
lation for the John Mahoney residence, S106 W20503 North Shore?
