AUTHORIZING FINAL OFFER FOR PURCHASE OF LAND NECESSARY
FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF KURTZE LANE
(Ludwig and Strampe)
WHEREAS, the city has been negotiating with Judy Strampe
and David Ludwig in order that the reconstruction of Kurtze
Lane as well as the installation of municipal sewers can
take place, and
WHEREAS, the Council had previously approved an offer to
purchase in the amount of $6,600.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that an
additional $500.00 be paid to 3udy Strampe and David Ludwig,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby offer to Judy Strampe and David Ludwig an additional
$500.00 for lands to be purchased, thus making a total offer
of $7,100.00, subject to approval of all documents by the city
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this offer is made with the under-
attorney',s office.
standing that the sellers will execute the required documents
promptly,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if this sale cannot be completed
promptly the Mayor is directed to withdraw this offer.
