RECOGNIZING THE SERVICES OF JOAN DIBB
WHEREAS, Mrs. Joan Dibb has served as a member of the
Muskego Public Library Board for the past 13 years, and
WHEREAS, during her years as a member of that board the
most of the needs of the citizens of this community, and
Muskego Public Library has grown so that it is now meeting
WHEREAS, her interest and dedication to the library has
contributed considerably to the success of the library of
the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to express its apprec-
iation to Mrs. Joan Dibb for her many years of service,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, on behalf of all the citizens of the
community, does hereby recognize the many years of effort
contributed by Mrs. Joan Dibb in behalf of the library.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mrs. Joan Dibb is commended for
her many years of service as a member of the Library Board
of the City of Muskego
