ACCEPTING REVISED OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-
OWNED PROPERTY FROM FRANCIS LUFKIN
WHEREAS, the city has previously received an offer from
Mr. and Mrs. Francis Lufkin to purchase a portion of
property owned by the city lying between them and
S.T.H. 24, and
WHEREAS, the offer of $1,000.00 was accepted by the
city, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a new driveway
must be constructed by the Lufkins and the Finance Committee
has suggested the city sell the property for $800.00 by
prepared by the city engineer,
quit claim deed, if necessary, and the legal description
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby offer to sell to Mr. and Mrs. Francis
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Lufkin a portion of land lying between them and S.T.H. 24
for $800.00 by quit claim deed, if necessary, and the legal
description prepared by the city eigineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute all documents in the name of the city after
approval by the city attorney.
