APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Arthur and Mayme Wieselrnann property on Loomis Drive in the
NW 114 of Section 35, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended for
approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
map for a one parcel division of the Arthur and Mayme
Wieselmann property on Loomis Drive in the NIP 114 of Section
35, and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this. approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for each parcel
created shall be submitted to the City of Muskego in lieu of
park dedication.
