ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO SELL LOT 13, Blk 3
IN THE CITY'S INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Steskal)
WHEREAS, the city has received an Offer to Sell from George and
Eva Steskal Lot 13 Block 3 in the city's industrial park pre-
sently owned by them in the amount of $27,200.00 plus interest
two years, and
and incidental expenses which they have incurred over the past
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the city
accept their offer,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby accept the Offer to Sell from George and Eva Steskal,
Lot 13 Block 3, in the city's industrial park in the amount
of $27,200.00 plus 6% interest for two years and incidental
expenses of the Steskals, ($30,929.00) contingent upon the
title being a condition acceptable to the City of Muskego
and contingent upon all documents of sale being acceptable to
the city attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the monies needed to purchase this
lot shall be borrowed from Capital Budget unappropriated surplus
and repaid upon the sale of that lot to the Capital Budget un-
appropriated surplus.
