AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO BEGIN PRELIMINARY
PLANS FOR CONTINUATION OF TESS CORNERS DRAINAGE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the initial phase of the Tess Corners Drainage Project
has begun and should be completed prior to the end of the year, and
WHEREAS, it was the intent of the Public Works Committee to improve the drainage from College Avenue south to the county line, and
WHEREAS, this project is being done through Tax Increment Financing (TIF), and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
Common Council authorize Ruekert & Mielke to begin preliminary plans for the continuation of the Tess Corners Drainage Project
to the county line,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee,
does hereby authorize the Engineering Flrm of Ruekert h Mielke
to begin the preparation of preliminary plans for the contin-
uation of the Tess Corners Drainage Project which, when completed, will end at the east city limits.
