AUTHORIZING RUEKERT AND MIELKE TO PREPARE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEWER INSTAL-
LATION IN KURTZE LANE
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego plans
right-of-way, and
to develop the present Kurtze Lane into a public
WHEREAS, it is also planned to provide public sewers
to the area, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended
that the road construction and sewer installation be
a joint project, and
WHEREAS, they have recornended that the city's con-
sulting engineers be authorized to prepare plans and
specifications in order that the project may be bid.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Public Works Committee, does hereby authorize the city's consulting firm of Ruekert & Mielke to prepare
the plans and specifications in order that public sewer
can be provided to the residents of the Kurtze Lane area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee
is authorized to bid the project and report its
recommendations back to the Common Council.
