AUTHORIZING RUEKERT AND MIELKE TO PREPARE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF KURTZE LANE
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego plans
as public right-of-way, and
to replace the present private lane known as Kurtze Lane
WHEREAS, the necessary negotiations have been completed
with the property owners involved, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
city's consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, be authorized
to begin the development of plans and specifications for
the project in order that bidding can proceed,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee, does hereby authorize the consulting
needed in order that the Kurtze Lane Project can be bid.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee
will report its findings and recommendations back to the
Common Council prior to any construction
