APPROVING PURCHASE OF LANDS FROM LUDWIG &
STRAMPE ( Re Kurtze Lane)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has plans to replace the private
Kurtze Lane with public right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has authorized the Mayor and
City Attorney to negotiate with the parties involved for
the needed lands, and
WHEREAS, Mr. David Ludwig and Mrs Judy Strampe have agreed
to sell the needed approximate 4.38 acres for $6,600.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Works Committee, does hereby approve of offering to
purchase 4.38 acres of land from David Ludwig and Judy
Strampe for $6,600.00 subject to approval of the City
Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final closing will be
subject to a review by the City Attorney
