APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Howard and Joyce Schwabenlender)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
lloward and Joyce Schwabenlender property in the SW 1/4 of
Section 3, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
map for a one parcel division of the Howard and Joyce
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
Schwabenlender property in the SW 1/4 of Section 3.
