RESOLUTION 8117-81
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT THE
BIG MUSKEGO LAKE PROTECTION 6 REHABILITATION DISTRICT
IN THE FLEES LITIGATION
WHEREAS, Mr and Mrs Michael Flees have petitioned the
Circuit Court of Waukesha County for a judicial review of
the June 9, 1981 decision by the Commissioners of the
Big Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District,
and
WHEREAS, the district commissioners should be represented
by legal counsel, and
WHEREAS, the Big Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation
District has. at the present time, no funds to pay legal
counsel, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the City
Huskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District
Att.orney's offi.ce be authorized to represent the Big
commissioners,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the reconrmendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the City Attorney's office to represent
Rehabilitation District in the matter of a judicial review as
the commissioners of the Big Muskego Lake Protection and
requested by Mr. and Mrs Michael Flees
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this authorization is for this
.provide legal services for the Big Muskego Lake Protection
matter only and in no way commits the Common Council to
and Rehabilitation District in any other matter
