RESOLUTION DEFERRING PAYMENT OF ASSESSllENT FOR
LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 SECTION 12 IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, COUNTY OF WkUKESHA, STATE OF
WISCONSIN

WHEREAS, the city currently has a special assessment lien for
sewers on the following described real estate located within the
City of Muskego
The following described real estate in Waukesha
County, State of Wisconsin PT W1/4 SEC 12 T5N
R20E N OF HY R140/241 EX R 131/741 34 618 AC REM
R180/163. City of Pluskego.
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said real estate, Dr F E Nolting, has
requested the City to defer said special assessment under the
provisions of Section 66 605 Wisconsin Statutes, and
WHEREAS, said Dr F E Nolting has made application to the city
for an extension of time within which to pay the special assessment that has been levied against said property, which consists of the
following
$29,792 01 - special assessment
$32,175 37 - rota1 assessment
2,383 36 - interest -
and,

NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the special assessments
affecting the Dr. E. Nolting property which were the result
of certain sewer construction hereby is deferred for a period of ten (10) years from the date the previous deferment expires
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that while said special assessment is out-
standing under the terms and conditions of this deferment the
Same shall bear interest at the rate of nine (9) percent per annum
for the number of years and under the terms and conditions provided
of the previous deferment.

in Resolution #19-71 as if this were the final resolution except that the new rate of interest shall be from the date of expiration
provisions of Resolution #19-71, As Amended, entitled, Resolution
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this action is taken pursuant to the
Establishing Deferred Assessment Policies. A
