AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO REPRESENT THE CITY
AT THE LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE PROTECTION AND
REHABILITATION DISTRICT ANNUAL MEETING AND
SPECIAL MEETINGS

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego oms property within the Little
Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District, and
WHEREAS, that ownership entitles the city to one vote on
matters considered at district annual meetings and special
meetings, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a representative of the Conuion Council to represent them at annual meetings and all
special meetings,
THEWFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thnt the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor to represent the
city at all annual meetings and special meetings of the Little
Muskego Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor shall casc the vote for
Couvcil.
