GRANTING SKI JUMP & WATER SKI SHOW PERMIT
(Water Bugs Ski Club, Inc )
WHEREAS, Mr. Michael Fitzgerald, representative of the
Water Bugs Ski Club, Inc , has applied for a permit to
place a ski jump in Little Muskego Lake, and
WHEREAS, he has filed the necessary information required by
Ordinance #413, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Fitzgerald has also requested that the city waive
the requirement which prohibits skiers from taking off at the
shoreline or pier during ski shows which are to be held at Idle
Isle, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recormnended that a ski jum
permit be given to the Water Bugs Ski Club, Inc. for a perlo B
of 30 days, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has also recommended the Common
of the Water Bugs Ski Club, Inc. during shows which will be
Council permit the leaving of the shoreline and pier by skiers
held on the following dates:
Wednesday, June 24, 1981
Wednesday, July 8, 1981
Wednesday, July 1, 1981
Sunday, July 12, 1981
Wednesday, July 15, 1981
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
hereby approve of a ski jump permit for the Water Bugs Ski Club,
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
