WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for the Tess Corners Drainage

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee have recommended the low
bid of Don De Back in the amount of $195,050.19 be accepted,
and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of Don De Back in
the amount of $195,050.19 for the Tess Corners Drainage Ditch.
