PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION REGARDING INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS
(Robert A. Gumieny and Doris E. Gumieny)
WHEREAS, Gumieny Beer Distributors, Inc. are planning an
addition to their existing plant, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has approved the revised site
and building plans, and
WHEREAS, Mr Robert A. and Doris E. Gumieny, owners of
Gumieny Beer Distributors warehouse, have requested the
City of Muskego participate with them in the use of
industrial revenue bonds, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Common Council to indicate
its intentions regarding this matter prior to the develop-
ment of the necessary legal documents,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby declare its intention to
cooperate with the principals of Gumieny Beer Distributors,
Inc in order that they can take advantage of industrial
revenue bonds for constructing an addition to their present
building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount of monies involved
in this project is no more than $200,000.00
