APPROVAL OF EASEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND IRENE AND RENE MASCH
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has agreed to permit
residents at the end of Freedom Avenue to remove a temporary
cul de sac at their expense, and
WHEREAS, to make this possible it is necessary that the City
receive a temporary easement from Irene and Rene Masch in
Freedom Avenue, and
order that a temporary turnaround can be extended north of
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended the Common
Council approve of the easement from Rene and Irene Masch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept a temporary easement of
approximately 40' x 75' for the purpose of constructing a e temporary turnaround.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
to accept the easement

THIS AGREEMENT made this day of , 1981
by and between _" Rene & Irene Masch and the City of
Muskego and the City of Muskego located in Waukesha County,
Wisconsin
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs Rene Masch owners of a parcel of
real estate location in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has requested from Mr. and Mrs.
Kascha temporary easement for vehicular turnaround purposes
and for construction, repair and maintenance of the same,
NOW, THEREFORE,, Mr and Mrs Masch in consideration of the sum
of ONE DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant and convey
unto the City of Muskego a temporary easement for a cul de sac
f or vehicular turnaround purposes and for construction,
repair and maintenance of the same in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin on lands owned by them and abuts
Freedom Avenue. The area to be approximately 40' x 75'.
THIS EASEMENT may be terminated by the city at any time
THIS INDENTURE, upon its acceptance by Mr and Mrs Maschshall
be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto,
their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
