DETERMINATION OF LEGAL LOT
(Marianna Bruch)
WHEREAS, Michael J. Bruch has petitioned the Common
Council of the City of Muskego to grant legal lot status
of Section 32, Tax Key No. 2286.977, and
to the Marianna Bruch lot on North Shore Drive in the NW 1/4
WHEREAS, the Plan Cornission of the City of Muskego has
recornended to the Common Council that said lot be declared
a legal lot.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cornon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the recormnendation of the
Plan Comission and declares that the Marianna Bruch lot
with Tax Key No. 2286.977, is a legal lot, in accordance with
Section 2.4 of the Land Division Ordinance. e A
