AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS
FOR FORCED HOOKUP ON NORTH SHORE DRIVE

WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has requested that Mr. John Mahoney
of S106 W20503 North Shore Drive, be connected to the municipal
sewer system, and
WHEREAS, such public construction has an estimated cost of
less than Fiye Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the enginee,ring firm of
Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the necessary plans and specifications
for the connection of the John Mahoney residence, located at
S106 W20503 North Shore Dr., into the municipal sewer system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee is authorized
to have said work done in the name of the city and the Clerk
and Mayor are authorized to execute the necessary document in
the name of the city and provide for payment of the special
assessment in five (5) annual installments.
