ACCEPTING THE OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY (LUFKIN & HARDING)
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer from Mr. Francis
Lufkin and from Mr. Francishrding to purchase property
owned by the city which lies between them and S.T.H. 24,
and
WHEREAS, each offer was for $1,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the Common
Council accept the offer subject to a review of the
conditions by the City Attorney and the Mayor,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby accept the offer of Mr. Francis Lufkin and Mr.
Francis Harding to purchase a parcel of land lying between
them and S.T.H. 24 for $1,000.00 each.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
a resolution of any problems by the City Attorney and the
Mayor.
