CCR1981095RESOLUTION #95-81
ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR NEW HIGHWAY TRUCK 8 WHEREAS, the 1981 Public Works Capital Budget provides for the
purchase of a new highway truck equipped with a snowplow and
material spreader, and
WHEREAS, bids for said equipment have been advertised for, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received.
Metro GMC
Badger Ford
Waukesha Truck
$42,288.00
39,297.00
38,150.00
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
bid of Waukesha Truck in the amount of $38,150.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
new 1981 Model highway truck equipped with snowplow and material
of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of Waukesha Truck for a
spreader, in the amount of $38,150 00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized td execute the necessary documents in the name
of the City.
