APPROVAL OF PRELININARY PLAT
CELESTIAL HEIGHTS
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for the approval
of a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Vernon known as Celestial Heights, and
WHEREAS, it is located within the three mile limit of the
City of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat, subject to the
condition that the objection by the Department of Industry,
Labor and Human Relations concerning poor soils on some lots
is resolved.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat of
a proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon known as
Celestial Heights.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
the condition that the objection by DILHR is resolved, and
approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
