RE-APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
(Harbor Point - Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, on February 27, 1979, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #40-79, entitled, "Approval of Final Plat of
Harbor Point," and adopted Resolution #167-80, entitled
"Re-Approval of Final Plat" on October 14, 1980, and
WHEREAS, the submittal of the final plat has been delayed
beyond the legal limits as prescribed by State Statutes
and the city's Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to re-approve the final plat of
Harbor Point,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby re-approve the final plat of
Harbor Point which was originally approved on February 27,
1979 and re-approved on October 14, 1980.
