SETTING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST OF A
CLASS "B" FERMENTED MALT BEVEFAGE AND INTOX-
ICATING LIQUOR LICENSE (Giese's)
WHEKEAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a
public hearing be held to consider the request by
Gordon Giese, S76 W17957 Janesville Rd. for a Class "B"
Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquoi- License,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
hearing be held on Tuesday, June 9, 1981 at 7:30 P.M.
or on a date to be determined by the Mayor,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
will be held on June 9, 1981 at 7:30 P.M. to determine

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
