AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEED
BETWEEN THE CITY AND PAUL & RICHARD SCHAUMBERG
WHEREAS, in order for the Tess Comers Drainage Project to be
completed in a satisfactory manner it would be in the best
interest of the city to obtain a storm water easement from
Richard and Paul Schaumberg and to exchange properties in
order that the storm water drainage ditch can be more
adequately defined, and
WHEREAS, time is of the essence and it appears that an agree-
ment between Paul and Richard Schaumberg and the City has
been reached,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute, upon approve of the city attorney, all necessary
documents relating to this matter.
