APPROVING CONTINUATION OF CADET PROGRAM AT
POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the Finance Codttee, has previously approved the temporary position of police cadet, and
WHEREAS, the position will be vacant as a result of the appointment of the present cadet to the position of
telecommunicator, and
WHEREAS, the use of the cadet not only provides the city with an opportunity to train a person ae either a patrolman
of money in overtime which would normally have to be paid
or a telecomunicator but also saves a considerable amount
if there were not a position of cadet, and 'I) WHEREAS, the Finance Comnitcee has recommended that the b temporary position of cadet be continued,
THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finnnce Committee,
does hereby determine that it would be in the best interest of the city to continue the position of police cadet and that it be designated as temporary.
