AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CLOSING STATEMENT
(Kurth Property - Tess Corners Drainage)
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of March, 1981, the Common Council
adopted Resolution 830-81 authorizing the purchase of
certain lands owned by the Kurth Estate for $30,800.00,
and
WHEREAS, the closing statement has been prepared and
requires Council approval of the extension of the
closing date to July 1, 1981 or such other time and
placethatmay be designated, in writing, by the parties
involved ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the closing statement for
of the closing date to on or before July 1, 1981.
