AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF AN ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
INSURANCE POLICY
WHEREAS, the city attorney's office and the city's
insurance advisors have recommended that to protect
officials an errozsand omissions insurance policy
all employees, elected officials and appointed
should be purchased, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a $5,000,000 00
errors and omissions policy could be purchased for
$1,189 00 plus taxes per year, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the
policy be purchased,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk's
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Office to purchase a $5,000,000.00 Errors and Omissions
Insurance Policy from International Surplus Lines
Insurance Company.
