AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND IBM CORPORATION
(Library Memory Typewriter)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed
one year maintenance agreement for the memory typewriter in::the
Library with T.BM Corporation, be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby approve of an agreement between the City of Muskego
and IBM Corporation for a one year maintenance agreement at a
cost not to exceed $396.00 to service the memory typewriter i.n
the Muskego Public Library.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in behalf of the city.
