AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATIONS WITH MILWAUKEE
METROPOLITAN SEWERAGE COMMISSION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF
A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO'S SEWER
UTILITY AND THE MNSD
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the Common Council authorize them to begin negotiations
with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage Commission for a
contract whereby they will accept sewage from the City of
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the Sewer
Utility to begin negotiations of such a contract,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does hereby authorize them to begin
negotiations with Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage Com-
mission for the development of a contract between the
City of Muskego's Sewer Utility and the Milwaukee Metro-
politan Sewerage District. n
