SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING REQUEST
(Durham Auto & Truck)
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Dale
his property, located at W124 S10391 124th Street
Pelzak, owner of Durham Truck and Auto, to have
rezoned from Agricultural to Agricultural (OWS)
and
WHERAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3.07
of the city's municipal code it is necessary to
hold a public hearing on any proposed rezoning in
the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego does hereby set the public
hearing for the rezoning request of Dale Pelzak,
owner of Durham Truck and Auto, to have his property,
located at W124 S10391 124th Street, for Tuesday,
Auril 14, 1981 at 7 30 P.M.
