t APPROVAL OF EXCHANGE OF LAND BETWEEN DE ANGELIS,
BOLDT, PIERCHALSKI AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 1980, the Comon
of Agreement Between Dorothy Boldt, Frank DeAngelis and
Council adopted Resolution #176-80, entitled, Approval
the City of Muekego, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Comittee is of the opinion
terms can fully be set forth, and
that a new resolution should be enacted in order that the
WHEREAS, the Public Works Comittee has recomended
the following actions be approved:
1. Dorothy Boldt will quit claim to the city sufficient lands on the north side of Woods Road to assure the
city a 80' right-of-way after the loss of the
DeAngelie property.
2. The city will quit claim to Frank DeAngelis sufficient lands on the south side of Woods Road to assure Mr.
DeAngelie that an existing barn will not be on the
right of way.
3. Dorothy Boldt will quit claim to Hr. and Mrs. Chester
Pierzchalski 25' of land on the east side of their
property.
4 All necessary descriptions will be prepared 'by Ruekert
and Hielke at the expense of the parties other than
the city with the exception of the Pierzchalskis.
and
WHEREAS, all parties concerned in this matter have agreed
to this settlement,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Works Committee, does hereby approve of the proposed
City of Muskego. upon the recommendation of the Public
exchange of properties between the city and Frank DeAngelis
and Dorothy Boldt, between Dorothy Boldt, Chester Pier-
zchaleki and between Dorothy Boldt and Frank DeAngelis.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
name of the city subject to review by the city engineer
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
and the city attorney.
