CCR1981047RESOLUTION #47-81
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A CATERPILLAR
TRACTOR FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Common Council has approved of the 1981
Capital Budget for the Public Works Department which
included the purchase of a new 1980 Caterpillar 951C Track
Loader, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recomended they
be authorized to purchase said equipment in the amount
of $76,000.00 minus $25,500.00 trade-in,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works
Loader at a net cost of $50,500.00. ,?
