APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a two parcel division of Beatrice
M. Stelmaszewski property, Lot 3, Block 13, Jewel Crest
Subdivision in the NW 114 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended for
approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the certified survey map for a two parcel
division of Lot 3. Block 13. Jewel Crest Subdivision in the
NW 114 of Section 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
