CCR1981040RESOLUTIOA #40-81 (AS AMENDED)
AUTHORIZING THE CITY'S CONSULTING ENGINEERS
TO DRAFT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY GARAGE
WHEREAS. the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the city construct an addition to the existing public
works garage, and
WHEREAS, provisions were made for such a project in
Tax Increment Financing District 117, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Comittee has recommended that
the city's consulting engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, be
authorized to prepare plans and specifications for the
project, e THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Works Committee and the Finance Committee, does hereby
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
authorize the Consulting Firm of Ruekert & Mielke to
prepare plans and specifications for the project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee
will present the plans to the Common Council prior to
bidding. n
