APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Rolfson/Upfield)
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a three parcel division of
the Ethelyn and Lois Rolfson and Ramona Upfield property
at the northwest corner of Racine Avenue and Denoon Road
in the City of Muskego and the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS a 69.3 ft. strip is located in the City of Muskego
and,
WHEREAS the remainder of the parcel is within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
map submitted for a three parcel division of the Rolfsonl
Upfield property located at the northwest corner of Racine
Avenue and Denoon Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
80" dedication of Denoon Road and the approval of the City
Engineer.
