APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY
MAP (Rolfson/Upfield)
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
the Common Council to finalize a four parcel division of
at the southwest corner of Racine Avenue and Denoon Road
the Ethelyn and Lois Rolfson and Ramona Upfield property
in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS this property is within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City,
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended approval
of the proposed division,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
map submitted for a four parcel division of the Rolfson/
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
Upfield property located at the southwest corner of Racine
Avenue and Denoon Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
80' dedication of Denoon Road and the approval of the City
Engineer.
