APPROVAL OF CHANGES IN AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF
NEW BERLIN REGARDING LINNIE LAC SEWERS
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego and the City of New Berlin
entered into an agreement whereby under certain con-
ditions the City of Muskego would provide sewer service
Berlin, and
to certain residences and businesses in the City of New
IJHEREAS, the City of New Berlin has requested that the
agreement be amended to permit them to charge the users
of Muskego's sewage system whatever they wish, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that
that request be granted as long as it provides that the
!Zuskego charges that are provided for in the city's
sewer users in New Berlin would pay to the City of
sewer usage charge ordinance,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Sewer
agreement between the City of New Berlin and the City of
Committee, does hereby approve of an amendment to the
Muskego which will permit New Berlin to charge those
residences and businesses using Muskego's sewer service
located in the City of New Berlin whatever they wish
