AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT OF PERSONAL
PROPERTY TAXES TO SCHULTZ ROD & GUN CLUB
WHEREAS, the officers of Schultz's Rod and Gun Club have
advised the City of Muskego that an error was made by
their former president in their annual Personal Property
Report to the City Assessor, and
WHEREAS, the Assessor, after a review of the matter, has
advised the Finance Committee that the value shown was
exorbitant, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that
Schult's Rod and Gun Club be refunded the monies they
overpaid because of the error, e THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Comnon Council of the City
1 of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk-Comptroller to refund $184.78to the Schultz - Rod and Gun Club.
