AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR
TESS CORNERS DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Tess Corners
Drainage Project have been completed, and
WHEF.EAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended they
be authorized to have the city's Engineering Firm of Ruekert
and Mielke advertise for bids for the project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committees,does hereby authorize the Engineering Firm of
Ruekert & Mielke to advertise for bids for the Tess Corners
Drainage Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee will
review the bids and make their recommendations to the Common
Council prior to the beginning of any construction.
