RESOLUTION 217-80
APPROVAL OF THE ENGAGING OF THE SERVICES
OF A CATV CONSULTANT
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Conunittee has recommended
that the Common Council consider engaging the services
of a CATV consultant, and
WHEREAS, they have recommended that the consultant be
Dr. Stroud of Universl'ty of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and
WHEREAS, they have further recommended that the cost of
the consultant shall be charged to the successful
grantee of the franchise,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve of the
recommendation to engage the services of Dr. Stroud of
UJM as CATV consultant
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the understanding that the cost of the CATV consultant
shall be borne by the successful grantee of the CATV
franchise of the City of Muskego.
