REHABILITATION FUNDS
WHEREAS, the findings of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage

WHEREAS, in order for the city to be eligible for funding
to help in the rehabilitation of the sewers it is necessary
to file a notice of intent to apply,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute
a Notice of Intent to Apply for state aids in the amount
of manholes and sections of sewers.
of $504,000.00 to help pay for the cost of rehabilitation
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego must approve any authorization for grant money
before it is requested. n
